Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown spareribs.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs and simmer.
    Very good done in crock-pot.
    Broil ribs; place in crock-pot (ribs/sauce) and cook on low several hours.
    Serve with rice.
