Glorified Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large can tidbit pineapple
1 lb. bag mini marshmallows
1/2 c. cornstarch in 1/2 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook rice until done.
Drain pineapple using juice.
Add cornstarch and cook until thickened (use 1/2 cup warm water). Cool and then add mayonnaise, sugar and salt.
Mix with rice and pineapple.
Whip cream with vanilla and fold into rice mixture. Chill and serve with cherry on top!
