Cashew Chicken For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned skinned chicken breast
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    vegetable or peanut oil
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    Bouillon Sauce
    slivered cashews
    2 chopped green onions
    soy sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Dredge in flour; let stand 15 minutes.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken and let stand 10 minutes.
    Dredge chicken in flour and deep fry in oil at 375\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve chicken over rice.
    Spoon on Bouillon Sauce and top with cashews, onions and soy sauce to taste.
