Jean'S Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
crushed Ritz crackers
butter
1 c. half and half
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Butter a baking dish.
Arrange layers of corn and crackers, making 2 layers of corn and thinner layers of crackers.
Dot each layer with butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour half and half over mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
