Pumpkin Custard(Not A Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in casserole. Pour half of melted butter into mixture.
    Pour all into casserole. Top with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Good as extra veggie for big dinner such as Thanksgiving or Christmas.
