Hot Vinaigrette Vegetable - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. each: broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 c. thinly sliced onions
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. red bell pepper strips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. each; lemon juice and raspberry vinegar
1 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
1/2 tsp. each: granulated sugar and salt
1 small garlic clove, mashed
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, bring 1 quart water to a boil.
Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook, stirring once for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Drain vegetables and transfer to serving platter.
Add onions, tomatoes and bell peppers and set aside.
