Rolled Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cartons Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped parlsye
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, partially cooked
    spaghetti sauce, your favorite recipe
    additional Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation
    Mix the cheeses, eggs, seasonings and parsley together.
    Cut the partially cooked lasagna in half.
    Fill each half with 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture and roll up.
    Put spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a large oiled lasagna dish, then put the filled lasagna with the seam side down in the sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
