Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil.
Sift dry ingredients and add eggs.
Mix.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add icing.
