Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large eggplant
1 egg, beaten with milk
bread crumbs
garlic powder
cooking oil
2 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
salt (optional)
Preparation
-
Peel eggplant and slice.
Dip slices in egg and milk mixture, then into bread crumbs.
Cover bottom of frying pan with cooking oil and fry eggplant.
Sprinkle each slice with small amount of garlic powder while frying.
Add more oil as necessary.
