Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon (undrained)
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mix in order; bake in bread pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
