Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
3/4 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, sugar replacement, milk and margarine in mixing bowl.
Stir to mix; will be lumpy.
Add berries and nuts. Put in 6 muffin tins coated with vegetable spray.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
