Frozen Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Pet milk
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Chill milk until ice cold.
    Mix 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, lemon rind and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a large bowl.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Beat in 4 tablespoons sugar.
    Fold in egg yolk mixture.
    Whip chilled milk until fluffy.
    Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice and whip until stiff.
    Fold into egg mixture.
    Pour into tray.
    Sprinkle graham crumbs over top.
    Freeze.
    Do not stir.
