Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, skin and bones removed and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll in ball or log after first chilling in fridge.
    Roll in chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons of parsley, if desired.
    Serve with crackers.
