Sausage 'N Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. plain sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
10 eggs
Preparation

Cover bottom of a greased 10 x 6-inch or 7 x 11-inch baking dish with half of grated cheese.
Mix all seasonings with sour cream and pour half over the cheese.
Add crumbled, cooked sausage.
Beat eggs and pour over mixture.
Spoon rest of sour cream mixture over eggs and rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
