Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dry orange jello
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained well
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well and fold in 5 to 8 ounces Cool Whip.
    Add a can of peach slices, if desired.
