Barbecue-Sauced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Arrange potato and onion slices in microwave-safe bowl, placing the smaller pieces in the center.
    Stir together the water and barbecue sauce.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Cook on 100% power for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes and onions are tender.
    Makes 4 servings, 112 calories per serving.
