Idaho potatoes
Vegetable oil
Deep fryer
Salt

Trim ends and sides off potatoes and cut into sticks 1/4 inch by about 3 inches.\tFry once in deep fryer at 325\u00b0 in vegetate oil until tender and just starting to turn color.
Drain and let cool. Fry again at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 2 minutes until crisp and brown. Drain; toss with salt and serve immediately.
