Curried Shrimp And Rice(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp
    1/2 small zucchini, shredded (1/2 c.)
    2 c. Vita Fiber
    2 to 4 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. each cinnamon and cardamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, combine Vita Fiber, honey according to taste and spices.
    Mix with a fork or your fingers.
    Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; bake 5 to 10 minutes only.
    Watch the mixture carefully as it tends to burn quickly.
