Torta Di Risso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boxes chopped spinach, drained
    1 1/2 c. rice, partially cooked
    1/2 c. half and half or milk
    4 cloves pressed garlic
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; fold in all other ingredients.
    Place olive oil on bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Pour mixture on top of bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown on the bottom.
