Easy Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. Burgundy or dry red wine
    2 small onions, sliced thin
    4 carrots, cut in sticks
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add all other ingredients except noodles.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
