Jam Cake And Easy Penuche Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    2 c. blackberry jam
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. buttermilk
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add jam and cranberries.
    Add rest of ingredients as desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
    Ice cake with Easy Penuche Icing.
