Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 head lettuce
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
    2 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. sugar
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in order.
    Combine salad dressing and sugar and pour over vegetables.
    May refrigerate overnight or 8 hours. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Stir before serving.
    May add peas and celery, if desired.
