Preacher'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 green bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces.
    Salt and roll in flour.
    Lightly brown both sides in 1/4 cup oil in electric skillet.
    Add cut-up pepper and onion.
    Pour in water and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Delicious served over rice.
