Cocktail Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
salt and freshly ground pepper
5 oz. grape jelly
1/4 c. peeled grated potato
1 small onion, grated
1 (13 oz.) bottle chili sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine beef, potato, egg and onion in large bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Form into small meatballs. Blend remaining ingredients in large saucepan over medium heat. Add meatballs to saucepan.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer meatballs to chafing dish or fondue pot.
Skim excess fat from sauce and pour sauce over meatballs.
Serve warm.
