Picnic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    3 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Pour over potato mixture and toss gently.
    Add celery, eggs and relish and toss gently.
    Chill.
