Olivien - A Persian Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, boiled and diced
3 to 4 pieces chicken, cooked (preferably breast), diced and/or shredded
1 onion, diced
3 or so dill pickles, diced
1/3 can sweet peas
dill weed (1/2 tsp.)
salt and pepper to taste
a pinch and 1 mean pinch of curry
1/2 c. diced celery
1 diced hard-boiled egg
1/2 c. sour cream (approximately) *
approximately 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing) *
celery seed to taste
