Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. carrots or 3 small cans
1 onion, cut in round slices
1 small green pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Cook carrots and drain. Cool carrots. Mix all ingredients and pour over carrots. Marinate 12 hours.
