Onion Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. flour
    2 c. onion soup
    4 French bread rolls
    butter
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in a 10-inch skillet; drain off grease, if necessary, leaving 2 tablespoons in skillet.
    Stir flour into hamburger.
    Add onion soup and 1 soup can water to hamburger. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Cut rolls in half.
    Butter and toast rolls.
    Spoon onion and hamburger mixture over toasted rolls.
    Makes 4 servings.
