Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. coarsely cut raisins
Preparation

Combine and bring to a full boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in 2 cups sifted powdered sugar until of velvety, spreading consistency.
Spread on cooked raisin-applesauce cake.
