Judy'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs plus 2 yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Blend softened cheese with sugar and flour. Beat until smooth. Add eggs and yolks, one by one. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and cream. Blend well. Pour into greased spring-form pan. Place into preheated 450\u00b0 oven. Bake for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 250\u00b0 and bake an additional hour. Cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with fresh berries, if desired.
