Yummy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. frozen peas, stirring constantly
    chicken
    biscuits (ready made in a can or use 2 c. buttermilk biscuit mix to 2/3 c. milk)
Preparation
    Saute chopped celery and chopped onion.
    Add flour, sugar, margarine, salt and pepper and chicken broth.
    Cook and stir. Reduce heat.
    Add peas, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Lay canned biscuits on top or drop biscuit mix by tablespoon on casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cover and bake 10 minutes until dumplings are done.
