Mexicalli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (15 oz.) chili with beans
    1 (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Fry onions in margarine for 10 minutes. Add chili beans, corn and tomatoes; mix well.
    Pour into 10 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Prepare corn muffin dough according to package directions.
    Stir cheese into dough.
    Spoon dough around edges of baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
