Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Bacardi light rum
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pressed clove garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Add ground beef.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
    Serve with wooden picks.
