Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. French dressing
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped very fine
Preparation
    Cook rice and let cool.
    Mix with other ingredients and top with grated cheese.
