Velvet Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cream-style corn
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    5 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    2/3 c. white bread cubes
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 drops Tabasco
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corn, onion, parsley, whipping cream, bread, cheese, Tabasco sauce and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Place baking dish in a large pan filled with water reaching 2/3 up side of baking dish.
    Place on rack of oven that's below middle of oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake until top cracks open and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
