Town House Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (1/2) chicken breasts
2 c. cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tubes Town House crackers
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation

Stew chicken until tender and let cool in broth.
Bone and cut in pieces.
Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup (undiluted), and sour cream together.
Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Crush crackers coarsely and pour the melted butter over crackers and stir with fork.
Add celery seed and sprinkle cracker mixture over chicken and bake uncovered until bubbly, approximately 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
