Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain cake flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp cocoa
    1 tsp vinegar
    2 bottles red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Mix cocoa and coloring together and add vinegar.
    Mix well and add to creamed mixture.
    Beat hard and add flour alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and beat until blended. Pour into 3 layer pans and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
