Boneless Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast
    salt
    water
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    evaporated milk
    beer (any brand)
Preparation
    Parboil chicken for 15 minutes in salted water. Drain and cool.
    Mix flour, egg and enough milk to make a thick paste. Add 1/2 cup beer. Dip chicken in batter and deep fry until done, turning occasionally.
