Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans plus liquid
    1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped well
    1 (28 oz.) can water
    4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in a little water
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown beef.
    Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 3 quarts.
    Simple and delicious.
