Creamy Taco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck or ground round
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes (whole style)
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can hot chili
1 can regular chili
2 cans chili hot beans or Ranch Style beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Fritos or Doritos
Preparation

Brown meat and onion, adding 3/4 cup water after it has browned.
(You may have to add a little cooking oil to brown the meat and onion.
If you do, be sure and drain before adding the taco seasoning and water.)
Add remaining ingredients except Fritos or Doritos.
Cook over medium/low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot or it can be cooked in a crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
Serves as follows:
Place Fritos or Doritos on plate and cover with desired amount of Creamy Taco mixture.
Serves 8.
