Crunch Swiss And Ham Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely chopped cooked ham (4 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. real mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients; roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll the balls in the cereal.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
