Hadasha'S Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fillet or bone in fish
    lemon juice
    fresh thyme or paprika
    salt and pepper
    tomatoes, sliced and skinned
    seasoned salt
    onion, thinly sliced
    margarine
Preparation
    Put fish in flat pan or broiler pan.
    Baste completely with lemon juice.
    Set aside approximately 15 minutes prior to cooking, then add fresh thyme (sprinkle a lot all over fish).
    Sprinkle paprika to taste; salt and pepper to taste or seasoned salt. Place other ingredients on top of fish; place dabs of margarine on fish.
    Put in broiler; do not turn fish.
    Brown to golden brown or color desired, brushing or basting with juices from fish periodically.
    Add a tiny bit of water to fish.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes until done.
