Caesar Salad(Mix At Last Minute) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 large heads romaine lettuce
1/2 c. olive oil
2 eggs, simmer 1 minute
juice of 1 lemon (3 Tbsp.)
8 anchovies fillets, chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. toasted garlic croutons
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rub bowl with crushed garlic clove. Break romaine into bite-size pieces to turn into the bowl.
Pour over oil and mix to coat well.
Break eggs into salad and mix.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Add anchovies and cheese. Mix again. Add the croutons and mix well.
Taste.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve at once.
