Homemade Grape-Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. graham flour
1 c. brown sugar or 3/4 c. syrup
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Measure all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Then bake in pans like cake until good and brown.
When cool, crumble and dry, then grind it.
Can be eaten without drying, like cake with fruit and milk.
