Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small box sour cream
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Mix with squash and onions.
    Mix melted oleo with stuffing; line casserole, saving some to garnish top.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour into casserole.
    Top with stuffing. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbling and brown.
