Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. extra strong coffee
whipped cream
toasted coconut
Preparation

Heat together coconut, milk and sugar.
Liquefy in blender and strain.
Add coffee; reheat.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted coconut.
