Mary'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 large or 3 small eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix together yeast, water, sugar and milk.
    Let stand 1/2 hour. Add other ingredients.
    Knead well and let rise until double in warm place (about 1 hour).
    Punch down and place in refrigerator for future use.
    Shape rolls as desired and let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
