Cheddar Beer Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese
1/3 c. beer or milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Mix together everything (except parsley).
Chill.
At serving time, garnish with parsley.
Serve with crackers, etc.
Yields 2 3/4 cups.
