Ingredients

2 c. oats (quick-cooking or old-fashioned)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together oats, flour, sugar, butterscotch chips, salt and soda.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pat into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
