Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 large or 2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 pkg. noodles, cooked
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook together ground chuck, onion and garlic; drain fat. Add tomatoes, sauce, 2 tablespoons parsley, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and basil. Heat to boiling. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour.
